All are Welcome to Attend.

While it is NOT Required, You are Invited to bring Your Favorite Side Dish. The Main Dish Will Be Provided By The Host. Salads, Vegetables, Starches, Fruits, and Desserts Would be Greatly Appreciated. Bottled Water Will Be Provided. You are Welcome to Bring Other Beverages of Your Choice. However, NO ALCOHOL is Permitted.

All Serving Pieces, Tableware and Glassware will be Provided. If You Bring a Dish, Please Take it With You After Dinner.

Volunteers to Co-Host, Setup, and Cleanup Would be Appreciated.

Protocols & Dinner Features

Name Tags Will Be Provided and Should be Worn. Each Individual Person is Very Important and We Want to Know you by Your Name.

No Weapons of Any Kind Will Be Allowed on the Premises. No Fighting, Aggressive Behavior, or Foul Language Will be Tolerated.

Tables of 8 Will be Provided and You are Encouraged to Sit With and Meet New People.

The Dinner Will Take Place Regardless of Weather. Indoor and Outdoor Seating Will be Available; but Wear Appropriate Attire to Protect Yourself Against the Elements.

An Invocation and Benediction Will Take Place at the Start and Finish of Each Gathering.

You are Welcome to Bring Fliers, Brochures, or Pamphlets Promoting Any Not-For-Profit or Community Events. A Table Will Be Provided to Display and Distribute Your Materials. An “I Need Help With…” Sheet Will be Available at Every Dinner. Feel Free to List Things With Which Your Neighbors May Assist.

A Time for Special Announcements Will Be Provided at the Conclusion of the Meal.

Inspirational Messages and Reading Materials Will be Available Please Come With an Open Mind & Heart. Networking with Your Neighbors Will Continue to Build Community.
